methink that was the reason why the seeds I sowed to have a summer explosion as a centre piece for my dining table ended up looking like drooling lentil seeds – the sort of experiment you do at school when you are a kid !

So instead I decided to have a display that didn’t involve watering for a change. These mini succulent plants are now lighting the dark wood of some of my furniture, as the container gets to change location with the mood or the practicality.
Meanwhile in the garden, more soil was being dug, and some pigment was added to a mix of concrete for some special feature to be soon unveiled…

Ah, the succulents look really nice with the white stones & beautiful container.
Do you think those CACTI (i prefer that to the word succulents) are going to grow, or are they special dwarf varieties ?
